Meet the Dads

Jake

This proud father of two decided that having a couple kids less than 20 months apart and in diapers at the same time was a great idea. Jake never leaves leftover food on a plate no matter the portion size. His approach to fatherhood is based on an overconfidence in his own abilities that often leads him to moments of being perplexed that things didn’t work out as planned. There’s no conversation where he won’t forcibly insert sports references into or fail to mention that he’s crushed some CrossFit workouts lately. The only thing that brings him more joy than seeing his children develop and grow into successful human beings is realizing that the McRib is back for a limited time at his local McDonald’s. Above all though, he’s a passionate man who does everything in his ability to make sure he keeps his kids happy and healthy… and despite his shortcomings, he’s always working hard to become a better father every damn day.

Drew

This soon-to-be father (Update: now officially a father!) prides himself on his uncanny ability to be the designated Troll in every group chat he participates in with friends and family. If you ask him what he’s up to on a random day, he’ll probably tell you about his elaborate plans to finally gain control over his lawn. When you hear stories about those guys who obsess a little too much over Alabama football – you might be hearing a story about Drew. This guy lists “Fantasy Football Champion” on his resume like it’s some kind of badge of honor, and he loves the fact that he’s able to successfully grow himself a man bun to accompany his sparsely-filled in facial hair. But no matter the situation, Drew is somebody who strives to make everyone laugh (even during trying times) and dedicates his life to being a husband and father that almost anyone would look up to in an effort to emulate greatness.
